现在提起郑水兴，他就像和房地产画上一个等号，被媒体称为大马当代房地产投资界教父。他是 Swhengtee 国际房地产投资者俱乐部的品牌创立人兼主席，也是多家房地产公司的灵魂人物，并身兼多家投资公司的董事。目前也担任多个房地产与商会等要职。
目前，他是享誉国际的全面性投资顾问兼企业家，也是深受欢迎的国际实战派讲师。他曾多次担任上市公司的投资与开发顾问，积极参与投资咨询、房地产工程市场销售、土地开发顾问以及国际房地产投资服务。同时，他也出任发展商的土地发展、概念计划以及市场规划顾问，当中不乏上市公司与新兴开发公司。
他每一年主讲的房地产市场预测，是最受媒体关注的房地产界大事。这也成为房地产开发商及投资者的主要参考信息。他预测的准确性不但享誉房地产界，更被一些中国与马来西亚排名十大的房地产商受委任为市场发展顾问。
2009年，他一口气连办30场房地产投资讲座后，并在2010年仅用短短四个月的时间，开创郑水兴国际房地产投资者俱乐部，出版大马第一本最全面性的中文房地产投资与管理著作《房东博士》及拍大马首个中文房地产投资电视节目《更上一层楼》。不到一年的时间，投资者俱乐部的总投资额已高达2亿令吉。
俱乐部的宗旨在于建立一个完善，有组织的投资交流平台，通过专业房地产投资经验的分享，来教育公众称为精明的房地产投资者。他深信，通过精确的市场谈判技巧，资源分享，以及专业知识的结合，在能够引进投资者共享成功的喜悦。
俱乐部的优势在于，通过集体投资的力量，将热衷房地产投资的会员资金集合起来，建立一个直接与发展商谈判的筹码，以换取独家优惠，从中获得更丰厚的投资回酬。他强调，以俱乐部方式集体投资房地产，即非集体炒楼。也不是投资基金，而是集合所有的力量，通过教育让大家对投资目标取得共识，从中达到集体行动的成果。
2013年9月，他个人斥资200万令吉，马不停蹄地到世界多个城市举办空前的“郑水兴房地产世界巡回讲座”，将马来西亚房地产的魅力与旅游业介绍到全世界，创造了房地产世界的佳话。2014年，郑水兴受邀担任在福州举行的“第五届中国地产闽商大会”演讲嘉宾，在东京举办的亚太区房地产大会开幕与主讲嘉宾，并荣幸受邀担任由中国-东盟协会主办的“魅力东盟、走入中国”的特别演讲贵宾，与东盟多国最高领导同台演讲。此外，他也曾经为清华大学房地产总裁班担任客座讲师，更多次受邀为碧桂园、马中企业家大会及依斯干达特区等开幕或担任特别主讲嘉宾。
东南亚房地产崛起之前，他积极地在海外设立联络网，并在北京、台北、厦门和上海成立房地产咨询公司，以及在香港、澳门、新加坡、日本及英国等地成立策略伙伴，开始了他在房地产界世界的奇迹旅程。
郑水兴在房地产界已拥有超过30年的经验，他不但通过自编自演的电视节目 以及报章达到教育与传授房地产投资方式和策略的目的，更为大企业、大投资者设计投资组合，并常带领投资队伍大举进军房地产。俱乐部成立至2013年，在短短五年的时间内投资了超过10亿马币的房产。
为了更完善的传授房地产的投资知识，郑水兴曾在2011至2013年与马来西亚历史最悠久的英文报刊新海峡时报（New Straits Times）配合，全力负责出版旗下英文产业周刊的编务工作。同时，他也在2012年出版了马来西亚第一本中文房地产月刊《大马房地产》杂志，奠定了其在中英文房产媒体界的位置， 更借助所出版的刊物传授大众有关投资房地产的知识。
继新海峡时报与《大马房地产》杂志，郑水兴在2014年再推出全新的英文杂志“Asian Property Review ”， 以及在2019年推出的YES Property & Travel Paper 旅游与房地产报章, 除了作为教育亚洲房地产投资者的管道之一、也为业界专业人士提供交流平台、并向全世界推广亚洲国家的房地产与旅游。
除此之外，郑水兴於2013年4月开始积极投资电影制作，成立松江传媒文化集团（SKT）,全面性进军新马、中港台影视界与艺人经纪市场，扩大其在国际上的人脉关系与影响力
郑水兴受到了国内外媒体与业界的肯定，并获2010年全球金品奖杰出品牌人物奖，2013年由“TOP 10 OF ASIA”马来西亚国际房地产投资大师奖。同年，他也荣获由香港“中华名人录 —— Chinese Who’s Who Society”所颁出的《中华名人录》的卓越华人奖。2014年，在东盟秘书处见证下荣获亚洲金龙奖颁发的“亚洲最具影响力企业家”（房地产）奖项、以及由世界华裔组织联盟颁发的“2014年世界杰出青年华商”。
秉持着一股对房地产投资教育的热忱，郑水兴更在2018年在ASTRO推出马来西亚首个房地产投资电视真人秀节目“Anyone Can Be A Property Millionaire”《房地产百万富翁就是你》，希望以更广大的平台，教育全民正确的房地产投资方式。

Dato’ Sri Gavin Tee obtained his Bachelor Degree in International Marketing from Eastern Michigan University, USA in 1988. He is a man with many talents and has taken on numerous roles in his professional life.
Over the decades, Gavin has built himself up into not only an internationally renowned investment adviser and entrepreneur, but an extremely popular and respected speaker and trainer.
In 2013, Gavin took the next step in his global venture with his self-funded SwhengTee Property World Tour (SWT) to more than 20 cities worldwide to promote what he calls the Greater SEA Era as well as Malaysia as a premium real estate destination. He was invited as a VIP speaker at “The 5th China Real Estate Fujian Businessman Conference” held in FuZhou, China, Guest of honor & speaker for “Asia- Pacific Real Estate Investment Fair” held in Tokyo as well as a key speaker among all the top Asean leaders at “Charming ASEAN, into China” launching event which was organized by the China-Asean Association. Gavin was also invited as a Guest Lecturer at Tsinghua University Global Executive of Business Administration Program (EMBA). Next, he also spoke at The 4th Malaysia-China Entrepreneur Conference (MCEC) which took place in Xiamen on 9th September 2014. Gavin has been active in establishing liaison networks with his global counterparts long before others. He has set up real estate consultation offices in Beijing, Xiamen and Shanghai, and formed strategic alliances with partners from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, and the UK to pave the way for his global real estate journey.
Gavin has come a long way in the industry and has more than 30 years’ of experience behind him. Gavin has a record to lead his investors club members to invest more than RM1 billion in property in three years and also steering his agency to transact more than RM5billion in Arborland.
Over the years, he has won numerous awards and accolades including the Top Global Brand Character of the Global Golden Brand Award 2010. In 2014, he was awarded “Asia Most Influential Entrepreneur” in real estate by the Golden Dragon Award 2014 in Fangchenggang, China. He was also awarded “The Excellent in Achievement of World Chinese Youth Entrepreneurs” by World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization held in Macau. In 2013, he was also recognized as Malaysia’s Best International Real Estate Investment Guru by TOP 10 OF ASIA, and as one of the award- winners of Distinguished Chinese Award by Hong Kong Chinese Who’s Who Society and many more.
In order to better disseminate real estate information to more people, Gavin had co-operated with Malaysia’s oldest English broadsheet, the New Straits Times from 2011 to 2013, to undertake to publish its weekly real estate pull-out. He is also the Publisher of Asia-wide property magazine, Asian Property Review, YES Property & Travel Paper and Malaysia’s first Chinese real estate magazine, Real Estate Malaysia, and his contribution in the printed media further cemented his position with both Chinese and English speaking audience.
His greatest achievement was on the production of “Anyone can be a Property Millionaire” Reality TV Show in ASTRO in 2018 which attracted more than RM2 million viewers that make his name a record in the Real Estate Industry
